T N These jewelers used a POCKET KNIFE on my fathers vintage movado watch that was in perfect condition. He brought the watch in to have a battery replaced and they tried using a pocket knife to pick the back off. The sides and back of my fathers watch is TERRIBLY scratched with indentations now.

Stephen Gusenfitter I visited the store today as I purchased earrings for my mother online and we wanted to return or exchange them. Lovely Leila refused to be of assistance, we weren’t sure the return/exchange policy so we were hoping for some help. She told us to go online and look to see if they could be returned, wouldn’t look at our order and didn’t care to really give any guidance except for telling us to look into our order information. Will never go back to them again, happily stick to using online shopping.

Ratna Payel80 What a wonderful vibe this jewelry store has. As an islander I always try to give money to my local business before go to the big ones. And I am so glad I end up coming here. Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. I will try to post pictures later . Thank you so much all the hard work you guys do , we all appreciate your efforts.

Marsha-lee Levy I’ve never felt so disappointed shopping at Lovisa. I’ve always loved their jewelry and have been a loyal customer because of how unique their pieces are. But today, I had a truly upsetting experience. I walked into the store looking for earrings to match an outfit for my birthday. There was a “3 for $18” sale, so I took my time browsing. During this time, no one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. I noticed that when other customers walked in after me, they were greeted warmly and even offered assistance right away. Meanwhile, I had already been there for several minutes without any acknowledgment. I couldn’t help but wonder: was I invisible? Or was I treated this way because I’m Black? I genuinely don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it’s hard not to feel like I was being ignored based on how different my experience was from the others around me. Even when I walked out, no one said anything. No “thanks for stopping by,” no “have a good day.” Nothing while other customers got this approach I did not and I was in the store for over 10 minutes and felt completely disregarded. I walked in intending to make a purchase but left feeling hurt, unseen, and questioning whether I was racially profiled. This was not the customer service I expected or deserved. I hope Lovisa reflects on this, because no one should feel the way I did today.
