2 /5 Lindsey: Mr. Navone helped us with a home refinance and a home purchase. The refinance was quick and efficient- outside of our abstract not being returned to us at closing because it still needed to be scanned in. For our purchase, we had a very challenging time getting information clarified with his office. We would leave several messages before our questions were addressed. He would also action items without clarifying next steps and confirming it was the direction we wanted to take. He also failed to bring the abstract from the refinance to our purchase closing as agreed. When we scheduled pickup weeks later, they asked for us to come a little later because they still hadnt scanned the abstract for their records.
