Lindsey Mr. Navone helped us with a home refinance and a home purchase. The refinance was quick and efficient- outside of our abstract not being returned to us at closing because it still needed to be scanned in. For our purchase, we had a very challenging time getting information clarified with his office. We would leave several messages before our questions were addressed. He would also action items without clarifying next steps and confirming it was the direction we wanted to take. He also failed to bring the abstract from the refinance to our purchase closing as agreed. When we scheduled pickup weeks later, they asked for us to come a little later because they still hadnt scanned the abstract for their records.

Bert J Van der Werff These people are terrible and their primary concern is getting the criminal off on a cushy plea deal. The crimes were caught on security cameras, and one in the Court parking lot! So there was no question as to guilt or evidence. Its all about who knows who. This office failed to refile for temporary orders of protection that left me vulnerable over the course of a year and a half due to pure negligence. The criminal, Jeffrey Blaha of Montour Falls NY escaped 2 or 3 felony charges and instead recieved a misdemeanor and probation....AFTER escaping felony charges just years prior. Meanwhile the victim of the crime is left holding the bag on nearly $8,000 or more in total damages and not one thing was done to have justice served or to make me whole again. AND he somehow escaped having his name publicly announced for the arrest or any subsequent news stories on the shocking incident. The Sheriffs office had posted arrests on a monthly basis but they mysteriously stopped posting them the month he was arrested. Its all about who you know in that garbage county. They are all corrupt beyond belief.
