The only thing you can do is hire a good attorney to represent you and minimize the damage. This is were Robert comes into play. Robert knows what is possible and practical. Listen to his council and let him do his job and you will get out in the best shape possible. Worth every dollar, this is the attorney you want.

1 /5 Kristen Hergenhan: Terrible. Incompetent. Anxious. Talks too fast. Possibly works too fast and thats why he missed key arguments?? Doesnt submit important evidence. Dragging it on to get trial money?? Doesnt do his homework. Doesnt admit when hes not up for the job. When confronted about his Intimidated by other attorneys. He will not fight for you. Find another lawyer.

1 /5 Donna Curry: They told me that they knew how to handle a QUA DRO with the federal Thrift saving plan and they messed it up so bad that it took two years and I lost interest on $70000 for one and a half years. They would not return phone calls and would not answer their office phone. I am still waiting for a final invoice and refund of my $5000 retainer. Stay far away from them
