I messaged back to ask about the code again and they read my message, but never responded. I guess they don’t need the business.

The piece came out exactly like the draft, it’s heavenly. I got a very thin chain for the piece that I broke. I told Eva, and she said they would fix it for free. Pristine Cleaning: My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!
