The owner Jim was great to meet, as well as his staff, and Dave showed us a lot of the history of the gym. Cannot recommend it more. We will be back God willing. Thank you!

It’s exceptionally well maintained, with high-quality equipment you won’t find in your ordinary chain gym. Everything feels intentional and built for serious training. The owner, Sébastien, is an expert in his craft and an amazing human being. He genuinely cares about the athletes and members who walk through his doors. Whether you’re prepping for a bodybuilding show or just starting a new fitness journey, this is an incredible place to train. They also offer easy day pass options, which is perfect for anyone visiting the area short-term. Highly recommend — No Limitz Fitness delivers way beyond its size.

Getting It Daily - Rochester

Florence V: I came to Rochester for a work trip and used ClassPass to find workouts. Getting It Daily caught my eye for its Kettlebell class. My friend and I did the workout together and although it was intense, it was fun and Linden was an amazing and encouraging coach. The other members welcomed us and made us feel like we were part of the family. I also stayed to do restorative yoga with Ashley and she is amazing as well. The fun part was that they have a toddler and he was doing yoga with us and giving hugs.

Harro East Athletic Club - Rochester

Mini Ru: Large gym facility in a very interesting building. They have an indoor running track, a weight and fitness equipment room, and a single class right now, which is yoga at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday Thursdays. You can buy a guest pass for $10 a day, but they dont allow guest privileges. And I hope to see more from this gym in the future! If they ever add a sauna or something like that or change their guest policy, I may become a member for a year

Chris Urbanski: I highly recommend Wolf Brigade Gym. I started training at Wolf Brigade Gym in 2015 nearly 8 years ago. It has transformed me physically and mentally. They Trainers are AMAZING. The Programming is Smart and Thorough. The attention to detail is second to none. If you want to get stronger in real life ways check them out.

The Wellness Lab - Rochester

Seth Shuman: If you’re reading this review—yes, this is your sign to check out The Wellness Lab! This place is top-tier, with something for everyone. The barrel sauna gets HOT and has two cold tubs right next to it for the perfect contrast setup. They also offer private infrared sauna rooms with cold tubs as well. The entire space is super clean, well-maintained, and perfectly laid out. Vinny and Chloe have done an incredible job—and they explain everything if it’s your first time! Easily the best recovery spot in Rochester, not even close! Go check them out!
