Even though I did not get a new piercing, she still explained everything thoroughly and I will definitely be going there when I do want a new piercing! Overall a very clean and welcoming environment as well. Definitely recommend!

5 /5 Camille: John did a great job piercing my ears! In the photos theyre a little red because I Just got into my car after the appointment but they look great! Scarab offers so many different earrings and everyone there was very kind soft, patient, everything was very clean the staff was informative and professional. They even gave me a detailed sheet of how to clean and take care of my piercings and they offer saline solution (piercing aftercare) at the front desk I highly recommend if youre looking to get a piercing done!

5 /5 Sarah Mogil: Im really happy I traveled from an hour away to come here for my piercings. It was really easy to make an appointment by email, and John was quick to respond. I especially appreciate his patience as I think I changed my mind twice before deciding on getting daith and helix piercings. Kirsten did my piercings and was super patient as well as I decided on jewelry. I think that was the hardest part of the whole process because they have a large selection of gorgeous jewelry. Its been a long time since my last piercing, so I appreciated her explaining the whole process from start to finish and aftercare. I could not recommend this place more! Ill definitely be back.

5 /5 Halie Lynn: Got my nipples pierced here and Kristen was absolutely lovely! Very sweet and personable. She talked me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. It was also only $140 for both, jewelry too, which is a great price. 10/10 recommend!

5 /5 Meghan: I saw Kaitlin for my nipple piercings and it went so much better than I had anticipated, thanks to her thoroughly explaining every part of the process. Scarab has a warm, welcoming atmosphere & is very clean. The piercing room is spacious and private. Everything used on my body was autoclaved beforehand, which I loved. I look forward to returning for a jewelry upgrade when I’m healed enough to do so- the selection is amazing! Thank you, Kaitlin!

Natalie S: I’m gonna be honest my last service was amazing but the time before this it was horrible because while I was checking out this time the lady offered me a box or gift bag but the time before this I had a horrible experience the cashier told me “we don’t have gift box’s or bags we don’t do that here” and when I come back a couple months later to find out they do is sad because it’s giving very much I don’t have time to wrap up the item or give you the time of day after you spend money here… like I understand but it was a piece of jewelry for a gift Whice made me upset because I wanted it to look nice… and for $60 I kinda hope you can at least make it look nice… anyways what I take from this is I won’t come back to this one anytime soon because it seems like service is inconsistent Whice is sad because I come here a decent amount. Mind you I got 3 bracelets and only asked one to be wrapped nice and honestly that why I came there because I would expect out of all places that coach would do that and I guess I was wrong… but I do I give 5 stars to the lady today who actually offered me the gift box and bag!!!

Matt Olivo: Did a buy back and they lost my stuff for a few days and then when they found it it was missing a controller n wanted me to pay the same price and wouldn’t give me an additional controller. Stay away from this place they are beyond shady it’s not worth the hassle. I will never do business with them again and will tell any one who wants to about their business dealings worst place in cny!!!!

Eileen Miloff: Do not take your items here for repair. My husband dropped off 3 watches, two for new batteries and one for a new band and more than a week has passed. He received a call today that items were ready, then got a second call that clerk was going home sick. She did offer to wait but we had a prior commitment. Perhaps their jewelry selection is nice but repair process is painfully slow. Update: store was open at 2:00 last Friday. Stopped at 3:00 and store was closed. Note on door said would be back next day at 11. Went again; OPEN sign on, door locked. No response to knocks or phone calls. Could not leave message aa there is no machine.
