5 /5 Ed Esses: Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. I asked him if they can fix watches they said yes I said how much is it they said seven dollars apiece. I said fantastic. Please fix my watches, I’ve been around in the neighborhood trying to find places in the past I want to charge $15 for a battery. I thought that was ridiculous. Anyway they charge me seven dollars apiece. I’m very very happy and I have to watch us getting their battery I would recommend stopping in this place and also I get a nice feel like the people here very nice signing off Ezra

1 /5 Joshua Alvarado: Very dissatisfied with the repair service. I dropped off a chain to have the latch flipped as it was not laying flat on my chest. They decided to cut two parts of my chain and add a jumper link which I did not request nor was it confirmed with me. Only one cut was needed to do the job I asked and I specified this when dropping it off. Will never be returning here again.

Their kindness along with professionalism really made us fell comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We purchased our wedding bands and fell in love with Simon’s work. Simon is a perfectionist and We loved how much he knew what we wanted. I recommend this place if you want beautiful work done along with kindness and professionalism.

The employee didn’t mention anything about the items being final sale, didn’t give me a physical receipt, and although I entered my email, I never received an email receipt either. Literally five minutes after my purchase, I walked back in because the earrings were damaged and extremely poor quality. I tried to return or at least exchange them (they were unopened), and the same employee who rang me up dismissed me immediately and rudely said, “You can’t return or exchange anything,” even though I didn’t even have a receipt or was told about any policy beforehand. She refused to help or acknowledge my concern. I left feeling completely scammed. I’ve reached out to customer service and am still waiting for support. For a company that sells low-quality jewelry, they should at least back their products with decent service. I will never shop at Lovisa again, and I recommend others think twice before doing so—especially at this location.

Alberto didn’t hesitate to help, and Lisa was so friendly, offering helpful advice and introducing me to some of their beautiful pieces. It was a quick interaction, but truly worthwhile.
