5 /5 Robina Khalid: Though Im someone whos always loved to work out, Im not exactly a gym bro. I’m a nerdy queer mom of 4 in my 40s! But Ive belonged to a LOT of gyms over the last couple of decades, and I have to say that Speakeasy of Strength is by far my favorite of all time.  The programming is incredibly smart, creative, and fun -- as a health care provider I am genuinely impressed with how much obvious education, understanding of the human body, and thought and care goes into them. They are challenging but you never leave them wanting to die. This is not a balls-to-the-wall machismo kind of workout...its one that is nurturing and playful even as it is effective and strengthening. The coaches are phenomenal -- attentive, encouraging, and great at cueing and feedback, as well as modifications.  Its amazing how they will help adapt workouts to different peoples needs and mobility with encouragement, curiosity, and creativity.  You can just tell how much the entire staff cares about and invests in all members. They are inclusive, welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental.  And all of that radiate through the entire community because Steve and the coaches cultivate it among the members too.  Its a genuinely FUN place to workout.
All in all, this is a gem of a gym. Good workouts, good people. Highly recommended.
