The office manager was so empathetic and supportive to listen and allowed me to be relaxed and comfortable. This is a powerful office that is very committed to helping people. Money had nothing to do with taking or not taking my case. It simply about availability time and enough staff. Taking new cases is hard for the work load is tremendous at this time. 1 /5 Jessica M: I just called the office and spoke to a person named Kate. I was explaining my situation and she proceeded to tell me that Im conflating the situation. First and foremost I was not. Secondly this is how you repel future clients. Why would she think its ok for her to determine a situation? The judge does that. I called back and let her know that its not her place to say something like that and she replied "Well thats your opinion". I told her its not an opinion its a fact that its ill placed of her to reply like that to a potential client.
