Eva Scazzero: I fell in love with their one of a kind Zero Waste dress and wanted it in a specific color. Their atelier team sourced fabric (sustainably) and made me a dress from scratch!! Every step of the way was pure joy-- establishing the vision, getting measured and styling discussions for different occasions. Sergio is a true artist and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond. I also got another dress repaired while I was there and couldnt be happier with the result. World class craftsmanship. You can feel the care. This is a must-visit place during your visits to Catskill if you enjoy beautiful interiors or like to pretend your life is a movie. They prioritize showcasing high quality local designers and truly unique pieces.

Danielle Ellis: I had an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Ian, the store manager, and Lisa! From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel welcomed and truly valued as a customer. Ian was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, helping me explore options without any pressure. Lisa was equally wonderful—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Ian and Lisa!

Lily & David Fine Jewelers - Saratoga Springs
Heidi Martinez: Gerrard and everyone else at Lily and David are so helpful! Gerrard goes above and beyond to provide information about jewelry and ensures that you select something that truly makes you happy. My fiancé and I will be doing all future purchases with Lily and David.
Eastport jewelry - Eastport jewelry exchange - Eastport
Edward Kiwacz: Ill keep this short like my visit here today. After going to few places to get offers on an engagement/ wedding ring set, I found this place after getting my worst offer of the day at a store just down the road. Hans was great to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, honest and efficient. He made me the best offer that day. The whole exchange took 10 minutes and I left feeling that good about the whole process.

Cicilia G.: If I could give a negative review I would. Avoid these dishonest crooks like the plague. I brought my $1,500 classic 1986 Movado Museum to them for a simple battery change. They lost a screw. They tried to tell me "sorry we dropped the screw and cant find it. Just use it with the missing screw." I asked for a receipt showing they lost a screw and they hemmed and hawed and refused to take ownership of the mistake. I wouldnt even have known if I didnt see the two women on the floor with their phone flashlights looking for it. I threatened to call the Sheriff and they ran into the back and cross-threaded a Phillips head screw to replace the normal thread screw they lost. And they looked me in the eye and said "oh thats the real screw - we found it after you mentioned court and the police". It doesnt match the other three - theyre liars. Additionally they have religious posters EVERYWHERE, but they lie AND make fun of people that come in. They snicker and sneer based on gender and race. Ive never seen more despicable people anywhere in New York. Seriously; avoid these bigoted scammers like the plague.
