Swarovski - Albany (NY)

1 /5 Heather Oneill: First off I love Swarovski,I own 50 plus pair of earrings. I bought a 300 dollar pair Feb 28.I went in to exchange for a different pair because they are defective. When I try on the back doesnt stay on. First we asked if it was OK they told us yes go ahead and find something. I did for the same price. Then another woman came back from break and said ok,then so oh wait no.Of course we werent happy. My husband said we spend alot of money here. I took the earrings and walked out. The girls were laughing so my husband said very unprofessional. The way were treated was not ok. Its not ok to be laughed at because they are 18 or 19 yr Olds. If they are that immature they shouldnt be working at a place like that. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences until today.

1 /5 Mark Springer: Ive been shopping at Swarovski for over 10 years. The manager Jen usually helps me but she wasnt there.There were a couple kids there that apparently didnt know what they were doing,and laughed in my face. They said I can make the return then another woman came back from what looked like break and said no we are 2 days to late to return. I have been a loyal customer for many years spent thousands of dollars and I wasnt even listened to. I was laughed at.

5 /5 Jessica Puckett: I got a very beautiful necklace for valentines day. Unfortunately the chain was very short but when I went in the store they gave me a free extender. Very good customer service and very pretty necklace.
