5 /5 Beth Johnson: My vehicle broke down on Niagara Falls Blvd on a Saturday. Had to towed to kolb automotive. Called Monday morning explained to Scott what happened. He called me that afternoon let me know it was my water pump and thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was upfront and very honest about what needed to be done and the cost. He did explain it wouldnt be fixed until probably Thursday. I explained i use my vehicle but would figure something out for those few days. Well to my surprise Tuesday early evening Scott called to tell me my vehicle was done. It has ran great since no issue.

1 /5 K: When you catch them doing shotty work they do not fix it unless you pay for labor. Sorry, I’m not going to pay you to do the job twice. Nice try though. Make sure you take your car to be checked by another mechanic immediately after having Kolb do any work. I took mine to another mechanic and they identified that the repair they did was not good. I thought maybe they were wrong, but then another mechanic a few months later said the same thing! Yes, TWO separate mechanics confirmed their work was bad. I called and told Kolb. They assured me over the phone I could come in and have the work repaired with no charge. After showing up and sitting in their waiting room for half an hour and listening to the two people talk behind the desk one of them decided to do their job and tell me I’m going to owe for labor. Well I wouldn’t have wasted my morning if I knew that! Really poor service and work being done here.

5 /5 Amy: They did an amazing job with my vehicle. Were very fast and called me with updates - and pricing - before doing any work. Didnt do any unnecessary work unlike other local shops. 1st time here and will absolutely be going back!!
