1 /5 My Name Is Alec: Not very comfortable looking. The "waiting area" was nothing but a dirty looking couch and I was afraid I was going to catch something from going into the bathroom, but they brought in a cute dog. On the other hand they get the job done. I just needed new tires put on my car, so it was nothing complex. Took about an hour and a half. Edit: About a year or two later I called to have an oil change done, but was declined due to the above review. Oh, well. It is what it is.

5 /5 Phillip Colantonio: Friendly and fast service! Price was reasonable for the time and distance involved. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do I’ll gladly use Parise’s again.

1 /5 Paddleboard Adventures: Price gouger. Out of state car broke down in Batavia, and insurance company towed to nearby Parises Auto. Parises cant fix, but wanted $125 to tow 1/2 mile down the road to a competent auto repair shop. No concern or care for my daughter, and threatened storage fees if not taken care of.

5 /5 Alicia Boest: Car engine seized on Friday evening coming off the interstate and we called this company. Not only did they take care of getting the vehicle to a service station, they made certain we were transported to a warm hotel. Very much appreciated as a winter storm was passing through! We were so pleased with their service that we called them the following day to take the vehicle to a certified dealership in a neighboring town the following day (turns out it may be a warranty issue). Thanks for taking care of us.
