I always come back here because I know Im guaranteed good service and excellent prices. In an industry where scams and dishonesty are prevalent, these guys are rare. Their sincerity is appreciated. If they cant get a job done, theyll let you know before you start taking out your money. Ive never had to come back here because of a missing part or something new wrong with my car due to their error. Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change, busted breaks, and a snapped belt. Aaishah F One day my Mazda suddenly developed multiple problems — the power would shut off as I started it, I needed jumps constantly, and it was just unreliable. I couldn’t get an appointment at the Mazda dealership for over a month and a half, so I had to find another solution. I know Mazdas can be tricky cars to work on, so I was cautious.
I spoke to the mechanic’s daughter, and she reassured me that her father was experienced with Mazdas. I brought my car in, and they diagnosed it as needing a new alternator. After they replaced it, I drove away but the car shut down again later. It turned out the starter also needed replacing.
Overall, I thought the service was excellent. Margarita went above and beyond—she picked me up and dropped me off at my house so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Their communication was great; Margarita even sent me videos of the parts being replaced, so I felt informed about what was happening to my car.
My only concern was having to pay for labor twice within two days. After the alternator was replaced, I paid almost $800. Then I had to tow the car back when it stopped again, and replacing the starter cost me another $1000.
I wish the starter issue could have been caught earlier to save me the extra labor and towing costs, but I understand that starters don’t always show signs of failure in advance and this isn’t a Mazda dealership with their specialized diagnostic tools.
All in all, I really liked this shop. They were professional, helpful, and honest. I’ll definitely go back if I need work done again. Just know that if you have a car like mine (Mazda), it’s sometimes impossible to predict every issue without dealership-level diagnostics.
