5 /5 Jorge Jimenez: I went to Plus One to get my breaks replaced in my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback last Saturday. The owner Francis took my car in right away, and assigned one of the mechanics to work on the car. I must say Francis professionalism is uncanny and the customer service was excellent. The work was performed in a timely manner and it was affordable. I will definitely continue to bring my card to Plus One in the future. Jorge Jimenez

Joel is an amazing mechanic—he is honest about what your car needs, works quickly and efficiently, and ensures everything is done right the first time. The owner is also extremely helpful and professional, making sure I am taken care of. On top of that, their prices are fair, and I always get great value for the quality of service they provide.

1 /5 Bryant Novas: I had a terrible experience with them last summer. I brought my 2nd Gen crv to put new engine mounts, nothing crazy but it was making a loud clank sound if I accelerated the car too quickly. I took it here based on the reviews and they charged me a whooping $450 me bringing the mounts. I usually pay the full price and make sure the job is done properly rather than get a bargain and the car breaks again. After the job was done I took it for a test drive like any sane person would. 20 mins in the drive my AC started smelling like burnt and stopped working shortly after. Brought it back before they closed explained the situation to the manager and owner, they called the mechanic "El flaco" who did the service and he immediately started calling me a liar, that my AC had never worked because the compressor had some rust on it (which I was told is perfectly normal by other mechanics) and that I was trying to scam them. The owner to "help me" said he would give me the shop "discount" for the new compressor ( which came down to $250) and that I still had to pay El flacos labor fees again another $200-250. Long story short I got a second hand compressor for $95 and paid another mechanic $150 and my AC is going strong to this day. STAY AWAY from them I went for a routine maintenance change and they wanted to scam $950+ out of me and broke other things while doing the service.

I CAME HERE FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I HAD ON MY CAR TO FIND OUT SOME RATS ATE MY WIRES SO I CAME HERE TO GET IT FIXED AND THEY CHARGED ME $300 TO TAPE UP THE WIRES AND SENT ME BY MY WAY, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT AWAY FOR 20 MINUTES AND CAME BACK I CALLED THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY TO TELL HIM BUT HE IGNORED MY CALLS AND TEXT AND HAD NOTHING TO SAY WHEN I WENT IN PERSON TO ASK HIM WHY I STILL GOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, OWNER IS A THIEF !!
