He brought me out to show an eventual problematic area that will need addressed from rust in the near future on the frame and also felt drag in the steering. Taking time to discuss with me future needed action that did not benefit the shop at all [they do not perform those services) was worth its weight in gold to me and that act of honesty has gained my future business!
