n key I have many family members that are patient of this practice. I personally have been a patient for about 5 years and not once have I had a complaint. The staff (receptionist, nursing, etc) have always been nice and accommodating. The physicians I have seen are amazing and go above and beyond every time.

Michael Mattes Heed the negative reviews here! Have not had a good experience with this practice for > 1 year I’ve been a patient and I am switching practices for the following reasons. Simply, they put the business before patient interests. This has created an architecture for the practice where the receptionists guard access to your doctor beyond a reasonable degree. I understand the need to make money in any business, but in a medical practice, it should never get in the way of a patient-doctor relationship. No, a receptionist is not your doctor, and not subject to confidentiality, and should not be the person determining your need to speak with a doctor; not medically trained, not a nurse or other medical professional. And if I felt like a a visit to the office would be a good use of my time, I probably wouldn’t mind making more appointments, but sadly I’ve found that the level of care here is really just to refer out to specialists in the area. There’s no real diagnostic process or physical evaluation. Welcome to the middleman of medicine. People reviewing here note some serious mistakes or omissions, and I’m not surprised given the lacking attention to detail of nearly every employee I’ve interacted with, including my provider. Overall, it would be better just to save the co-pay or deductible for a visit, not have a gatekeeper on your insurance and find your own specialist. Avoid the clerical bungle of Hudson Family Physicians, opt for a practice that has its priorities straight and find a good PCP that cares about your health and concerns.
