Laura Lineberger: My experience in the ER was exceptional. I was from out of town and was struck by a unexplainable illness. They performed a battery of tests and treated me with great respect and dignity. While they may not have responded as quickly to my call bells, they managed to meet my needs. Thank you ER staff!!

tenderlovingpaws: I just wanted to say that I apologize to Dr Black and her staff for not having faith in the veterinarian field because that night when I came in with lucky I was so depressed so emotional and I didnt believe anyone was trying to save him they spent hours on him and I just spent my money on him because if I could have saved him I would have and Im sure if they could have saved them they would have to. I know that veterinarians going to this field because I love animals and as we all would love to say if they can save every animal in there they would but unfortunately some cannot be saved. It took me over weeks to get over this because I was thinking of a thousand to one things and didnt know what could have happened to him because I take very good care of my cats. And this was never one of the signs that he had displayed according to Dr Black he had cancer of the liver and when he jumped around he just kept bleeding inside and he got worse and there was nothing I could have done for him. If I could best believe I would have now since I got the news I can relax my mind and not feel mentally depressed anymore thank you Dr Black and your staff for really looking out for lucky I truly appreciate you you went way on and above to try to save my baby

Helen Zouvelekis: “I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan for the past 10 years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly understanding and supportive. Throughout the years, she has consistently provided excellent care, always taking the time to listen and address any concerns with compassion. I truly appreciate her dedication and expertise. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Sullivan is the one!”
Grand Street Medical Associates - Kingston
Diana Matos: Took my friend who was referred by his primary doctor & waiting parking is basically in front of entrance to the building; however, for people with a stroller or wheelchair its not easy entertaining the facility because the doors are not automatic so someone definitely needs to hold the two doors to allow the stroller or wheelchair to enter the facility. People seem friendly yet a bit inpatient.

Elizabeth Thomas: So disappointed. I was so excited when I found this practice and Dr. Bloch, the caring midwives and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I find Dr. Saint Jean a sad replacement for Dr. Bloch. She seems like she is always in a hurry (even when youre the only patient in the office), is dismissive, rude and condescending in how she addresses her patients. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking my first appointment with her was a fluke - surely an OBGYN couldnt be that uncaring. The second appointment was even worse. I want someone kind, compassionate and caring by my side, not someone who made it seem like I was wasting her time. Really sad because the rest of the staff is lovely.

J.R: Doctors and treatment were all great, but the cleanliness was lacking.
    Dr. Reham El-Shaer - Kingston
Chris Mulvaney: I would love to call this office and thank them for my diagnosis but never can either find a number or the number I do have my calls are not returned. Oh they also double billed me for a procedure my insurance covered. This is why i need to speak with them. If I could get in Touch with someone that would be great. They actual saved my life by finding a tumor Northern Dutchess ER missed with MRI, and Catscan.

Jennifer Vande Zande: After ordering a host of tests for a serious medical issue, I didn’t hear back. I called the office and was told I needed to make an appt. Got to the office, was then told they don’t accept my Blue Cross, and that I needed to pay out of pocket ($400). I pulled out my HSA card and was told they don’t accept cards … and that I couldn’t get my results without an appointment. Since almost two months had gone by, I decided I needed the results so that I could find other care. They directed me to an ATM because I couldn’t pay after the appointment either. While I sat in the room, he stayed in the hall to read my results - which had been sent over previously; he didn’t even look at them until I got to the office and paid cash. Difficult to think that I’m seen as anything more than an opportunity to make money. Really, really disappointed. (Also there’s a sign on their door that says you must not enter without a mask and they don’t have any to give out. If you don’t have one, you’ll have to reschedule … an office without a patient portal, or reminder calls where they could mention things like needing to bring cash to get your test results and wear a mask - it’s like they’re looking for every opportunity NOT to provide patient care).
