Nancy Pearson When trying to get support for your child it should not cost you $100 to speak with an attorney! Maybe $35-$50 but $100?? That is redundant… already a single parent trying to survive. Then the “best” attorney is charging you more than what you get in a month in support??

Eric Pardy Doesnt care if her client is truthful or not...shes just as shady. Youve never represented my childs mother as she passed away in 2019. The client you had, fired you and I have the court paperwork to prove. Im sorry if you think what you did is winning, but you didnt. The other party , was seeking full custody while hiding my children. I now have full custody and she has 0 anything....no visitation...no holidays...NOTHING!!!!! Maybe call her and ask how the past few court times went. As far as being off my meds, thank you for putting it in writing. Not on meds and you wouldnt know if I was. As a lawyer, you think you would be smart enough to not Libel someone, but from experience, you arent!

Michael George Would give no stars if I could. Hes lazy but take the money, but he wont do the work. Quoted my son a price of six thousand dollars in a visitation case. Paid him six thousand cash. Never heard from until he notified my son that he needed another thousand dollars. Well I coughed that up when there was a court appearance. He was probably in court 15 minutes.In the whole time we hired.He couldnt have been in hour and fifteen minutes. Represents you like hes almost scared of the judge. I dont know maybe he is. When we signed down with him he made it seem like a red pipe pipe cinch. These one star readings that Ive been perusing. All ring drew it was like throwing the money down in the toilet.. this review is strictly about kevin flynn. I dont even think Matt Buzetti was with him at the time. Initial consultation he said it would cost six thousand. Took it out of the bank and paid him. Then pretty much nothing. I think we received to phone calls and one of them. Was to let us know he would need another $1000.. If he did call you you could plan paying sixty dollars or better for a phone call. Will we go to court, well, my son. Does I wasnt allowed in. He kowtowed to everything and we lost. Im serious as a heart attack, take these one star ratings to heart. Then for the icing on the cake, he sent us a bill for another thousand. I proceeded to call the office and told them not to be looking for

Naomi Cook I had Diana as my lawyer. She was AWFUL! Months without communication even when i was trying to get a hold of her twice a week, She screened my calls and never responded to emails, was always out of the office when i showed up trying to meet with her in person and she sends other lawyers in her office to do her job. She had all the medical evidence and everything i needed to back me up all she had to do was represent me she did a horrible job doing so and for that reason I sadly have been apart of this broken system we are suppose to rely on to help us, They dont care that you are a person to them its just a job. Due to the crappy assistance i had with her I give this Law office a grade of F-!!!

Scott Bourgeois After wasting time and money on other attorneys, I was referred to Attorney Hamm by a mutual friend. I had a difficult divorce with a difficult opposing lawyer. Ms. Hamms professional handling of my case was in sharp contrast to any of the others I dealt with. She has a way of making a person feel completely at ease in her office when discussing sensitive issues. My emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and were attentive to my concerns. Attorney Hamm was always very conscious of what my costs were. We had upfront discussions about the risks and costs of each strategy for my case. At no time did I feel pushed a direction that wasn’t solely in my best interest. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Thomas Reidy I have found Denice Hamm to be untrustworthy in handling my case. She didnt return my phone calls or inform me on important court developments that needed my input. She also over-billed me for the work done on my case. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Kenny Fenner The reception is unprofessional. They lost the deed to my house that they never sent to me. Then reception gave me the run around. I have never received this deed from them to this date. They are negligent with documents and can’t be trusted. We had another made by a different lawyer. Wouldn’t recomend.

Lindsey We worked with Attorney Hoffman and his staff on the recent sale of our home. The office is fast with their own actionable items, but holds the position that they do not ask for updates or more narrow timelines from vendors. Their policy is that vendors will get information back to them as soon as possible. Ironically, the office also does not like to be bothered with questions about timelines. I feel that a timeline of 2-4 weeks to receive information back from a vendor could be significantly narrowed by asking the right questions. In my case, it was the expected timeline on getting updated survey and abstract information. While Hoffmans offices refused to check in on vendors for the timeline, and called me a bother in the process, I took 15 minutes to call the vendors and gained clarity on the timeline. Narrowing the 2-4 week window down to the day they got the paperwork to the office. Once all the paperwork was received, the office worked very quickly to get us closed and sorted out some survey issues for us outside of their business hours. Its just unfortunate they are lacking so much in this one piece I find very important. If you are a person who asks questions and likes to have a clear understanding of what to expect, this office may not be right for you. Maybe that type of lawyers office doesnt exist locally- but well keep looking!
