4 /5 Leslie Wilson: Just completed our 2nd, 3 night stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle bus service to and from SPAC or into town is a real bonus.
The rooms supply “hand wash”, “body wash” and “2 In 1 Shampoo & Conditioner Combined”, wish they had separate shampoo & conditioner and also body lotion. While there is a 24 hour marketplace, which offers breakfast sandwiches and pizza it is disappointing to have to leave the property to get breakfast. They charge $2.95 for guests to get coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room, but I don’t often trust the freshness of the cream there. Lastly, the day before checkout we asked about a late checkout and were told to call in the morning as it depended on staff. We asked again before turning in and were told no late checkout as they had a large group checking in on Sunday. Our stay was not on a race weekend and appeared to not be near full while we were there. Overall it is a good property that could benefit from a better guest experience.
