In particular Rosa, the supervisor, and her team of Kate, Portia, and Jafet were really terrific. There was another staff person there, too, but unfortunately I dont remember his name, but he was also helpful. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! manon fancher Just opened two accounts at this fabulous bank. I was surprised at how easy and smoothly it went. Usually it takes a lot longer. I got checks, debit card, two accounts in a short time. All questions answered. Only question I have is why would I ever bank anywhere else. The people who work there are really wonderful.
