    Coin Hvy: Barbara was extremely rude and seemed extremely bothered and busy. I had then asked for someone who had sometime that I could speak to and she refused saying "I handle all the calls that come in its my job to do so" I then explained I did not feel comfortable I felt rushed and had asked for a manager and she refused to. Highly annoyed now my family and I must come in and have a sit down.

    Paul Steinberg: This branch is GREAT! I had a complicated, cumbersome transaction to do, and everyone worked hard to get it done, and they were friendly and welcoming at the same time. In particular Rosa, the supervisor, and her team of Kate, Portia, and Jafet were really terrific. There was another staff person there, too, but unfortunately I dont remember his name, but he was also helpful. Im very glad I decided to do this transaction with Ulster Savings Bank in Kingston instead of at Chase or another huge bank. Thanks, everyone!

    Elijah Røyal: Originally tried to walk into create an account. The wait time was too long. I then scheduled an appointment online. I had to reschedule because something else came up. Online it would not let me re-reschedule. I then had my fiancé schedule an appointment for today at 10:30. I arrive at the Bank to get told that there is no appointment in their system. I decided to create one because there seemed to not be a long wait time. Turns out I was wrong. I ended up sitting for 45 minutes. Then just decided to go elsewhere. If you have the time and patience, definitely Bank here. If not go elsewhere.

    Suzanne W: If I could give zero stars I would. I only went here because it was previously Chris at Taxes R Us and she was wonderful. Padget is an absolute joke. I sent my documents to them in Feb. of 2024. My taxes were never filed. I called numerous times and the receptionists kept telling me that the new accountant was inundated and that it would be months until my taxes could be filed. The final phone call I made to them to follow up the receptionist basically told me to go elsewhere because it was be months more of waiting. I did indeed go elsewhere and at a penalty for being late. I received a phone call from Padget today! In November of 2024! Nearly 9 months later saying they havent heard from me (the audacity!) and would I like for them to still file my taxes. They can take a hike. I hope my review saves others a ton of aggravation and that they go elsewhere. I am floored by the unprofessionalism of this "business." Im tempted to report them.
