5 /5 Paul Smith: We were really excited to try this. Highly recommended burger joint, and our experience did not disappoint! All the food was really delicious. Atmosphere is fun and cozy. Especially loved our waitress Karen I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. We love everything about it!

3 /5 timothy c: I saw that this place regularly scored very highly in lists and often scored "the best burger in New York" so I really wanted to try it... I guess my hopes were a bit too high. I thought it was OK, but Ive definitely had many better burgers. They had some creative designs, but overall I just wasnt impressed. I typically like a basic cheese burger, with onions, lettuce, and tomato (and sometimes bacon), that way the beef itself can shine. When you start adding lots of other things I feel that it masks the flavor of the burger itself and usually its too hide the quality of the beef. Not sure if that is the case here, but I did try a piece of the burger by itself and it wasnt "prime" quality. I would say whatever organization that gives these ratings isnt very credible after what I had here. But that isnt the restaurants fault. Overall, I wouldnt say it is worth going out of your way for, but you dont need to avoid it either. I dont regret coming here, but if Im ever back in Syracuse, I would try somewhere different.

The French onion soup is one of my favorites Ive ever had and I eat French onion soup at every restaurant I go too! the fried chicken sandwich was soo good too. The waitress was soo nice and the hostess a young gentleman was super friendly too. Definitely try this place out. If we lived anywhere near here we would be regulars.

1 /5 Melissa Saxton: Wow. Went at 1215. Got food at 1257. Burgers nothing special. I asked for medium my entire burger was raw hamburger meat. I had to get my lunch to go as it took so long so nothing I could do to remedy the 20 bucks I spent for nearly inedible food. The burger itself was not great minimal flavor not enough seasoning. To top it off. A hair on top of my roll. If you are in a rush or food borne illness is a danger for you please dont go here.

5 /5 John Elmer: If you want a burger…. GO HERE! They have won best burger in the state the last 3 years and 4 other times in the last 10. The burgers are big and good meat. There are some very interesting ones. I had one with strips of steak on top and horse radish. Delicious. The pretzel appetizer was big and super soft. Get the cheese with it. The sweet potato fries were excellent. The tots were a disappointment. Service was very good. The place is nothing special. My one disappointment was my burger was medium rare instead of rare
