1 /5 Terri Andrews: This is the worst Byrne dairy Ive been to. Have been to a few different ones. My favorite is a Rubin. Last time it was cold. Didnt even put in oven. Yesterday it was half the amount of meat and she toasted the bread. Didnt . Quality is awful. They definitely need proper training and better customer service training as well. Gives Byrne dairy a bad name

3 /5 Heather Diamond: Its truly a shame to see our iconic "Byrne Dairy" come down to the level its at currently. This store has Always been a *staple to Norwich and for MANY YEARS and with a Great Reputation and Fantastic Service...however NOW Byrne Dairy had lost all of its staff (a few times) and struggles to keep the store STOCKED... Often Very LONG Lines for Wait time at the Registers... Often STAFF talking badly about it to Others LOUDLY!.. Very Often FOOD ordered is not done correctly or extremely sloppy... Very sad considering I am a long time FAN of this establishment..High Hopes for a Brighter Future for Byrne Dairy
