5 /5 Private: I had a great lunch at Genesee Public House, located inside the Hyatt. The bartender was friendly and on top of service. My wings and fries were a little overpriced, but I felt the quality made it worth it. I ordered the medium wings, fries, and mint & green tea crème brulee, all of which were delicious. Ive never had a different flavor of crème brulee, so it was a neat experience to try something different. Before eating here I was a little hesitant based on past reviews, but I did not have any issues. Pleasantly surprised.

1 /5 Esther Leavitt Azulay: It took 45 minutes for my steak to arrive, and when it finally did, it was frozen in the middle. When I complained, the waiter offered to reheat it, which was completely unacceptable. I asked to return it and ordered wings instead, only to wait another 40 minutes for them. Terrible experience—definitely not recommended!

1 /5 Evan Arnold: Don’t waste your money. I ordered the chicken sandwich thinking it was a safe bet, It was burnt and dry. The fries were soggy and ice cold, after taking the elevator to my room only, and i highly suspect it was microwaved. I was the only food order at the time. Lazy and incompetent cook, absolutely horrid.
