Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant - Syracuse (NY)

3 /5 Kyra: Came here and is usually good but for starters food was made front for my partner and so she brought out my food and we had to wait like 15 minutes for the other plate. And it’s okay to make mistakes but when a couple are coming into a restaurant to sit down they want to eat together, my food is getting cold whilst I wait for the other plate . After 15-20 minutes waiting on the second plate the well done steak comes out burnt. It’s not packed or anything it’s a Monday . Very unsatisfied with my jerky that was supposed to be carne asada.

4 /5 Brooke M: This place is clean and has a fun vibe to it. Waitress was attentive and friendly. The shrimp fajitas and steak tacos were delicious! Fish tacos left a little to be desired. Make sure you try their queso!

5 /5 Taisha Rivera: We had such a great time tonight , we celebrated my brother in law birthday and it was just amazing.. Our Waiter was great and all the people working there. The food was amazing and we had such a great great time the ambience is just another level. 10/10 . Would come back again and would recommend to Family & Friends. Pst I also added our Waiter , stunning kind and respectful. Love this pic ❤️

2 /5 Mark Austin: I love this place when we eat there. Excellent food, great atmosphere. Takeout? Don’t bother. The beans came in a tiny cup like a dipping sauce would. Normally you get quite a bit. My kids pretty much go there for the beans, so I went back to see if they would make it right. They were nice enough and gave us some more, but when I got back I realized they had left one of the three orders out. We ordered at 5, the place was empty so they weren’t slammed. Not willing to go there a third time, I asked for a refund on the missing portion of the order. They took my info again and said to “check back in a couple of days”. The takeout experience ruined this place for me.
