5 /5 Mohamed Alharbi: This place is the real deal! A true New York–style deli right here in Norwich. The sandwiches are stacked high with fresh meats and cheeses, just like you’d get in the city—loaded with flavor and made to perfection. The bread is always soft and fresh, and the portions are HUGE (you definitely get your money’s worth). Beyond the deli, the shop has all kinds of great products, from snacks to essentials, making it a one-stop spot. The vibe is welcoming, the service is fast and friendly, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re craving an authentic NY deli experience without leaving Norwich, this is the spot!

1 /5 Gwen B: Never ordering from here again. I ordered online 20+ minutes before showing up for TWO smoothies, and when we arrived they hadnt even started making them yet. I watched when they brought the frozen fruit out and they were in plastic bins, and he placed the LID ON THE FLOOR and then stacked them inside of each other! And then it took an additional 25 minutes for them to actually make the smoothies because they were talking on the phone and doing other things. And, even though the smoothies are supposed to have almond milk in them, they put REGULAR milk in them. Thankfully we dont have an allergy, but I hope nobody else who orders does. They were also very unfriendly, and the atmosphere inside is very sketchy, and so are the other products they sell. Its giving "adult store" energy if you catch my drift.

5 /5 Mohamed Alharbi: I’ve been coming here since they opened, they have some of the best chicken over rice I have ever had!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My number 1 recommendation to anyone who’s looking for a place to eat.

4 /5 Heather Utter prince: I have only tried some of their food but what I have tried was amazing, and the smoothies and milkshakes are amazing everything is fresh. The guy at the register is so polite and is more than willing to help with whatever you need. All and all one of the better stores in Norwich New York. Definitely stop in and try anything that sounds good to you, you wont be disappointed and the prices are fair. Enjoy! You wont Regret it!

1 /5 emily: super disappointed with my recent visits. today we called to make a pickup order and they said the food/order will be done and ready for pickup in 25 minutes. we came in to pick up our food 10-15 minutes after the 25 minute wait and the food still wasn’t done. they told us we can pay for it now because it will be out shortly. we waiting almost an hour to receive our food and multiple people ordered after us and received their food before us.
