1 /5 Sarah Potter: Placed an order for delivery at 11:20. Its 12:56 no food, Unable to contact anyone at the store. It just beeps and beeps then goes dead. I tried reaching out online to get a refund at least, but there is no one to contact according to the website because this is a franchise. Tried reaching out to door dash. Thanks for the great start to my week. UPDATE: Husband went down there at 1:59 still no food, workers say door dasher most likely ate my food and never delivered it, and somehow now I have to take it up with door dash when I ordered through the JERSEY MIKE APP no through door dash. What a waste of time. ALSO FYI the easiest solution would have been to just remake it, but by all means call your manager to figure it out.
