5 /5 N J: Every dish was spot on. They are accurate and precise. The caviar echos with other ingredients in its dish, instead of a hard add-on that says βokay, now you have your caviarβ. The dishes are very classy, and these dishes become common in other Michelin restaurants, but per seβs twists still stand out. The two meat dishes were simple but so delicious, for the first time after visiting tens of Michelins I feel the meat courses are not just positional but nicely executed and impressive. The grand finale of desserts is a bit too much. The interior of the restaurant could use some updates, as they have been Michelin three stars for decades. The new year ring was very much fun and nice. Memories were made.
