Subway - Lowville (NY)

1 /5 Jennifer Weber: Just walked in just about a minute ago! Was immediately told i would be waiting about 15-20 minutes for a half of flat bread with cheese and vegetables. Easy peasy sub. But I wasnt even able to get that far. She immediately told me she had online orders first. I have worked MANY sub places and customer care and I would NEVER start with one person walking telling them they would having have to wait 15-20 mins for an online order. I understand fully places are short. But not a way to start out with a walk in costumer.

5 /5 Keith Bowes: My experience was very good. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the store and freshness of the food. There were two people on staff when I was there, both seemed pleasant and completed our order with no issues.

5 /5 Charley Bravo: Me and my family come here 1-2x a week and i think its the best "fast" food restaurant in town. A worker named Nicole (i hope Im remembering that right) was so friendly and upbeat even during a rush. The food is always great and the place is always clean

2 /5 Richard Morrison: If you have online orders to be filled you need to have 2 people working. My husband and I came in about 6:26 pm. There were 4 ppl ahead of us. No big deal she was serving customers diligently. But after the 4 was done she said it will be a few minutes I have to do the online orders. There were 4 orders. We waited and waited and waited. It was ridiculous her working by herself. I felt sorry for her not having the help she needed. It took over 30 min8tes between the ppl ahead of us and the online orders. My husband and I are upset that this happened. I hope that you will consider having 2 ppl working when you do online orders as well as your regular customers. We will not be ordering from there again. Its too bad too.v

5 /5 Jason Byers: The employees working there today at the time of this review were incredibly hard workers. Made sure my order was perfect, went as fast as possible so I could eat with my family, and were extremely nice. Incredibly deserving of a raise. As a business owner myself, those are the type of employees you want.
