4 /5 Reviews Bathroom (The Golden Plunger Critic): Wow — this bathroom was spotless. You could practically eat off the floors (not that I’d recommend it, even for science). The door puts up a fight when you push it open, but honestly, that’s security — nobody’s barging in on you by accident here.
The tile floor? Immaculate. The toilet? Pristine, pressure-assisted, and ready for duty. Big shoutout to Lysol for holding the line with their bowl cleaner stationed proudly beside the porcelain throne. The Delta sink fixtures delivered lava-hot water that settled down nicely once I introduced a little cold to the mix.
Soap was industrial foam — a bit of residue, but a pleasant scent that sticks around just long enough to say hello and goodbye. The paper towels looked eager to help but mostly just smeared the water around. Trash can was overflowing but still contained, thanks to a sturdy metal lid holding the line.
Decor-wise, there’s a cute floral bicycle arrangement above the toilet — a strange but welcome attempt to make “restroom” meet “country charm.” Ceiling tiles have a few water spots; nothing tragic, just the ghosts of plumbing past.
The real MVPs? Three different air fresheners: one automatic sprayer, one behind the toilet, and a bonus Febreze can for extra credit. Not sure which one’s doing the heavy lifting, but the place smells great.
They even have a “Please only flush toilet paper” sign — a rare but appreciated bit of honesty. Overall, this bathroom is tidy, functional, and surprisingly well-equipped. Not perfect, but easily one of the best in the area.
