5 /5 Solange Hybel: Best soup dumplings and crystal shrimp dumplings I’ve had in a long time. Also had duck scallion pancakes, bao buns, tom yum, shoyu udon and a ramen soup (I don’t remember all my friends’ orders). Everything was delicious from what they said, I liked my tom yum soup a lot - not too spicy, tender noodles, juicy shrimp and mushrooms. I also had a strawberry bubble tea and I appreciated that it was automatically light ice, and it tasted like Nesquik in the best way possible. For people complaining about the price - the dumplings seem to be handmade fresh to order, so what do you expect? Also $16-$20 for noodle soup is normal, if not cheaper than other places. They just opened and our server was young and green, so naturally they have some kinks to work out but nothing that warrants a one star review. That means more dumplings for me! And other people that can recognize a hidden gem despite negative reviews (to the owners - don’t worry about the haters, you’re doing great!) I would come back just for the dumplings and my friends said they would come back for the duck pancake and the buns.
