1 /5 Jim Sherman: After a considerable wait, the female orthodontist began by spending nearly five minutes disparaging a hygienist she had worked with to the one she currently was to be assisted by. I say assisted rather than assisting as during this time I was totally ignored. When she finally got around to dealing with my issue (replacing a crown) i found her to be distracted as she again began denigrating the aforementioned hygienist. Her work seemed fine although she insisted on telling me how good my bite was when I was trying to tell her it wasn’t. Apparently she could evaluate it better from the outside than I could from actually experiencing it. Suffice to say, when scheduling future appointments I will request a different orthodontist.

3 /5 Vanessa Leathem: I gave this office 3 stars due to recent and past experiences. I don’t think I have seen the same dentist twice. When my hygienist retired, I could not get an appointment for months. When I did arrive for my next cleaning, I was told I wasn’t on the schedule, after having confirmed my appointment via text and phone. They did manage to get me in the next week and fortunately , I had an amazing hygienist (Robin)! Not only did my teeth feel cleaner than ever, she explained everything she did, was thorough yet efficient, gave me suggestions, and I got a “goodie bag” to take home, which I haven’t had in years. If I hadn’t had this great experience, I would be looking for another dental office.

5 /5 Joe Conroy: All of the employees that I met at first advantage were great. From the receptionist to the dentist. In particular I would like you to know that Robin does a thorough job from cleaning to keeping me entertained. I appreciate you all.

5 /5 Maria Fisher: Very good at reception and billing and procedure was timely and went great. They were able to give Me a cost on my next procedure and applied a credit based on a check that included an over payment. Tom Fishet

4 /5 Vern Baldwin: The dental hygienist was knowledgeable, considerate and friendly during this visit. She did a great job with a difficult patient (me). I greatly appreciate her kindness and help.
