1 /5 Joseph Barros: Horrible experience got my cavity filled but started hurting again went in to go check it out. Had an appointment at 12 and they took me in at 1 no one in the office btw. Lady came in to take my x ray 1 x ray took 35 minutes to get my results lady’s came in tapped my tooth with unhygienic tool said if it hurt and said I need root canal not even the doctor I was with just a random doctor that came in. To rough long wait 2 hours for 1 x ray and filled in my cavity wrong never going here ever again

1 /5 Rosalie Czarnecki: I had this dentist for about maybe 2 years when it came to cleaning my teeth they was good but I just recently went in to get fill in I was having painful migraines and it was because of my cavities. I only had 2 when I went in and when I came out she said I have 7 I’m like how tf so I’m like ok whatever so the first fill in she did was to high I had to go back in because I couldn’t eat it was painful she does another 2 fill in and that was some what ok but now I have a big gap between my teeth so big my tough fits between my took I’m fed up I’m looking for a better dentist at this point smh she lucky I don’t sue her butt I’m so angry and she was very rough on my teeth I really hope no one goes to her

5 /5 Magdalena Ledkovsky: I love this dentist! I’ve been going here for about 2 years and Dr. Rawlings is the best! She is so funny and kind and comforting. She has fixed a load of cavities and has taught me how to do more/better preventative care to take care of my teeth! Ever since I started going here I stopped having cavities develop since she taught me the proper way to floss. She is intelligent and makes you feel so at home. I highly recommend. Idk why these reviews are so negative I’ve never had a better dentist!

1 /5 Kino Azuni: This was the worst dental experience of my life. I have gone here a few times now and it’s all been the same. Always a super long wait.The dentist was rough with me and I have no confidence that anything she does will last. I feel like my body is disfigured because of this dentist. She should not be allowed to have a practice. Please go somewhere else if you can please!

1 /5 Teri Biondo: Today was the 3rd time I have been to this dentist. The first time I was there I waited almost an hour for my cleaning appointment. The second time I went I decided to schedule the first appointment of the day so as not to have to wait. My scheduled time was 9:30. The dentist didnt even arrive to the office until 9:45. She then took another 30 minutes to settle in I guess. She didnt even apologize for her tardiness! The third time I went to the office, I arrived 10 mins early for my 4:00 appt. I asked the receptionist upon arrival if the dentist was running on schedule. He replied that it wouldnt be that long. I waited 40 mins until they brought me into the examining room. I further waiting another 15 mins. for the dentist to come into the room to give me a shot to prepare for the filling I was there to have done. Again she left the room and started working on 2 other patients! By 10 after 5 she had only just started drilling the person in the next room. There was no communication as to how much longer I would have to wait. I lost it at that point and wound up leaving the office with a numb mouth and my procedure not being done. I have no patience for unprofessional ethics. What bothers me more than anything is the sheer inconsideration for another persons time. I have a schedule as well but that didnt seem to matter to this HORIBLE DENTIST! When I left the office at 5:15, the woman ahead of me whose appt was before mine at 3:00 was still sitting there! I will never use this office again. If she had half a brain, she would hire another dentist to help out with the patient back log. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER! Update to this review: Went to another dentist to have my cavity filled and as suspected, I didnt actually have a cavity. A & A Dental tried to upsell me services I didnt even need!!! I have a good mind to sue them!

Mike Marchese: I cant say enough good stuff about the care I received. Dr. Magda and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I originally was sent to an endodontist in Latham NY, which is near where I live for a root canal on tooth#2. I was charged $550 for a consultation, x-rays and a scan before even sitting in a chair, and then the Dr. disagrees with me about which tooth is causing me pain and refers me to surgeon to have a wisdom tooth removed. The surgeon did a full examination and found nothing wrong with the wisdom tooth and suggest I find another Endodontist. I was already out almost 800 dollars, and nothing was done to my painful tooth yet. Finally, I reached out to my insurance company for a list of Endodontists. Dr. Magdalena Goralczyk was the closest and she was 90 miles away. But at this point I am looking into the thousands to repair this tooth, I called the office, and they took all my information including insurance, my dentist, the endodontist and the surgeon I had seen. I was dealing with this tooth for 3 months bouncing around dental offices. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was expecting just a consultation, but because they had all my information ahead of time, and knew I had come so far, she began the procedure. Dr.Magda immediately knew which tooth it was and proceeded through the 1st stage of the procedure, I returned a week later for the 2nd stage, Dr, Magda began to worked on the tooth but apologized because she said your tooth is still so infected I have to send you home, she subscribed me a different antibiotic because I have been subscribed the same one 4 times by everyone else. A week later she was able to finish the root canal procedure. Dr.Magda truly cares about her patients, she made sure the infection was all out, she cared about the distant of my drive. the girls up front had all the insurance paperwork all taking care of and my co pay was minimal. but the most amazing thing was that she not only saved the tooth but because it was part of a bridge, she saved me thousands. I waited a few weeks to before writing this and I am so happy to say I have no pain, and I can chew using that side again. Long winded review I know, but sometimes just saying she was good cant express my appreciation for the skilled care Dr.Magda had given me and the truly knowledgably friendly staff she has placed around her.

SHADY SAMUEL have not paid their employees in over a month and have essentially abandoned there other practice in Nanuet, leaving staff and patients in an unsafe and unstable environment.The office is visibly dirty, with dust, grime, and ROACHES that make you wonder when the last deep cleaning happened. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. To make matters worse, The environment feels toxic staff are understandably frustrated and overworked, and patient care is clearly suffering as a result. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone concerned about their health, safety, or ethical standards. This office needs to be investigated and held accountable.

Cameron Aisporna: Best dentist I’ve ever been to, they are very thorough and knowledgeable. They take great care in making sure the patient is comfortable and they get things done in a very timely manor without rushing or making you feel rushed. Super nice and personable, while getting my cavities filled I literally did not feel a thing nor did I really feel the numbing injections. All staff have been very nice and welcoming to me. There is also a great camaraderie between the staff which makes the environment comfortable and stress free. Stacy has been my dental assistant multiple times and Dr. Chae did my fillings, love these guys!! Highly recommend:)
