Brady Terry: Quick and easy. Very pleasant to work with.
    European Autohaus Inc - Plattsburgh
Austin Burgess: I needed a clutch, I needed driveshaft work I needed many heat shields put back up, I needed radiator work done, I needed a coolant flush and an intake manifold on my 2019 golf R. Kent was honest with me, pricing was good, and it got done in a timely manor. I get nervous when brining my car places because it is a higher end vehicle, but when I drop it at European I am very comfortable doing so. Long story short if you have a European car go to Kent, he will take care of you and the job will be done right, after the service I’ve received here I won’t go anywhere else, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 communication, 10/10 work quality, I am very happy with the way I was treated here.
Salmon River Auto Services - Plattsburgh
Timothy Emmons: Like to have my vehicles inspected here owner is a good man

Kyla Wejko: This place is horrible. They towed my car on a Friday night after the town sent out an email at 11pm when I was sleeping. I get they have to tow cars but the problem is they are closed on Saturday and Sunday and not open Monday until 10am making it extremely difficult to get my car back. Also I work and go to school so my car is needed. This is absurd. If ur going to tow on a Friday u better be open on a god damn Saturday.
Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers - Plattsburgh
Josh Meroff: Avoid Monro at all costs — they don’t care about your safety, your car, or taking responsibility. I brought my 2020 Chevy Traverse to the Monro in Plattsburgh because it wouldn’t start and showed a “Service Battery Charging System” warning. They replaced the battery (charged me ~$300), but that didn’t solve it, so they replaced the alternator next. I picked it up thinking it was finally fixed. But that same day, the warning came back. I brought it back in, and they said the serpentine belt had fallen off, so they fixed that. I left again, and the warning came back immediately before I’d even left the area. I turned around, brought it back a third time, and this time the manager literally told me to just drive it off — “it should go away.” The next morning, while driving 55 mph on Route 374, my car began losing powered functions one by one — including power steering, assisted braking, and acceleration. I managed to coast into a parking lot before it shut down completely. Had this happened in heavier traffic or a more dangerous stretch of road, the outcome could have been far worse. When I brought it back again, Monro admitted they couldn’t even get it to start after trying to jump it multiple times. Then they suddenly told me they don’t do electrical work and refused to help further. The manager shrugged and told me “good luck getting anything from corporate.” That was it. I brought it to Della Chevrolet, who told me Monro had arced the battery and fried the fuse box, and that was why it had completely shut down. I paid ~$1,700 out of pocket to fix the damage Monro caused. Monro refused to pay it. They only refunded the ~$1,300 for the original work and said they’d cover just ~$350 of the Della repairs. That’s it. Corporate stalled, dodged my calls, put me on hold for 30+ minutes just to drop the line, told me they’d call back and didn’t — for nearly two months. They finally said their director made a “final decision” not to pay the full amount even though it’s their legal obligation to make this right. The car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Unless it’s an oil change or checking your wipers, don’t even trust them with a toaster. They’re reckless, dishonest, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for serious failures. I’m now pursuing legal action. If I could leave a 0/5 star review I would, and corporate loves to just throw a "were sorry this happened" message on these reviews to make it seem like they care.
    Dubreys Service Station - Plattsburgh
Natalie: I didnt have an appointment, but I was able to drop my car off when they opened and pick it up before they closed. They did my inspection, oil change, and I told them I probably needed my brakes done but they realized they were just installed wrong so they only charged me for the reinstallation and saved me a lot of money. I will definitely bring my car here again
Dicks Customizing & Collision - Plattsburgh
H Bryce Hanson: Great team with quality work. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process. They were great about doing whatever they could to help the entire time. An accident is inconvenient, but they did a great job of taking care of my vehicle and my concerns.
JRs Auto Repair & Welding - Morrisonville
D D: Took my 20 year old Camry to them, my first time at this shop. Im hard of hearing and am not sure of the fellows name, but his lift was not empty so he crawled under my car in the wet drive to assess the problem, gave me an appointment. Another garage had turned down the needed repair (cut out and replace part of the exhaust) as beyond their ability. JRs did it easily and at a fair price. I will use them again. I much prefer a small local shop where you are talking to the owners and the persons that will do the actual work. 5 STARS!
    St Armands Services - Plattsburgh
Justin Rabideau - Goldens Carpet Cleaning: Great people and even better service
    DELLA Collision Center - Plattsburgh
Julie Bell: They put in a new radiator and some other work. I had to bring my car back 3 times. I started leaking antifreeze a few weeks after I got it back. Brought it to get fixed get it back with ac not working. A month later the line came out of the radiator and blew my transmission. They told me it shouldn’t have happened and won’t go good for anything.
