I have a 2012 ram window sticker that says my truck came with running boards that are no longer on my truck. Swapped out by these guys with junk ones. My tires were swapped with junk ones. My locking lug nut key missing.
I showed the management there, the obvious neglect. I told him these arent my running boards. He asked that i bring it back to be completed, agreed that it wasnt. He denied any wrong doing with the runningboards.
I told him after you say the work is complete 2 days later than agreed upon, i immediately see the flaws and i dont do this for a living. Now your asking me for more time with my vehicle and expect me to believe you will resolve anything?
Obsurd. I was treated better when i was stationed in El Paso for three years. My car was better taken care of in a foreign community while i was deployed to Afghanistan.
I wrote the owner an email. I never received a response. I will never do business here again.
