1 /5 stephen butcher: I had an appointment for friday the 16th. I went to drop the car off thursday late afternoon. I was told they could not do it on friday but they would call Monday to schedule me in. I got no call on monday so I called on tuesday. They did not seem to remember anything and hemmed and hawed. Finally i was told they could not get me in until after Memorial day. Great customer service. I do not know if they do quality work or not but when you need your car repaired and they push you off maybe elsewhere is the place to go. Avoid if their word is no good. Btw i had called on the 12th if they had no help they shouldnt book the job ,stating the facts is not slander
