Mark Champlin: After renting a Jeep last year while having my car repaired I knew that would be my next vehicle. I took a few days off of work to find one and within a few hours I saw this online at The Auto Store. They were the best! They handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. I declined the test drive because I had been up for about 18 hours having just got out of work that morning and he didnt push the issue. I looked it over and put some money down to hold it until the next day. I went back the following day and test drove it. I was extremely happy with the Jeep so Tom came out and looked at my trade and agreed to give me what I asked. I had financing in place but waited one more day to see if I would have second thoughts before I bought it. I was never pressured into doing anything faster than I wanted to. I called back on day 3 and set up a time to come in and swap vehicles. Everything was ready when I got there and while I signed the well explained paperwork, someone else was swapping the tags from my trade in to the Jeep. 3 months later I can say it is without a doubt its the best used vehicle and the best purchase experience I have ever had, and I am almost 60. I did upgrade the headlights, install a backup camera, and replace the door hinges with stainless steel as stock Jeep hinges tend to rust. This was because I wanted to, not because I needed to. I hope to have this Jeep for many years to come but if I do upgrade down the road I will go back. Thank you Tom and Jake for one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Give these guys a chance, its worth it!
