    Tokala Sirene (Sirene Tokala): Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and theyve treated me with decency and respect. I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure youll get far in life (not really). **Update #1 One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it. **Update #2 The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.

I was kept up to date through out the entire process and my car was done before its expected finish date. There receptionist was one of the sweetest people ever and all of the staff was very friendly.

    Faris Hassanein: I have a 2013 Nissan Juke. For over a year I had a problem with wheels alignment. I used to take it to the mechanic every 2 months to address the problem. I switched to Willco Auto Care recently. The entire experience was very pleasant, their customer service is immaculate, Will and Justin are great, they know very well how to explain things over the phone, they’re very comprehensive and informative. Willco’s schedule is very organized. No overlaps, no over crowded parking and everything is clean & spotless. My car is finally fixed now! I highly recommend this place.

    Mark Champlin: After renting a Jeep last year while having my car repaired I knew that would be my next vehicle. I took a few days off of work to find one and within a few hours I saw this online at The Auto Store. They were the best! They handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. I declined the test drive because I had been up for about 18 hours having just got out of work that morning and he didnt push the issue. I looked it over and put some money down to hold it until the next day. I went back the following day and test drove it. I was extremely happy with the Jeep so Tom came out and looked at my trade and agreed to give me what I asked. I had financing in place but waited one more day to see if I would have second thoughts before I bought it. I was never pressured into doing anything faster than I wanted to. I called back on day 3 and set up a time to come in and swap vehicles. Everything was ready when I got there and while I signed the well explained paperwork, someone else was swapping the tags from my trade in to the Jeep. 3 months later I can say it is without a doubt its the best used vehicle and the best purchase experience I have ever had, and I am almost 60. I did upgrade the headlights, install a backup camera, and replace the door hinges with stainless steel as stock Jeep hinges tend to rust. This was because I wanted to, not because I needed to. I hope to have this Jeep for many years to come but if I do upgrade down the road I will go back. Thank you Tom and Jake for one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Give these guys a chance, its worth it!
