1 /5 Paul Hake: We setup up an inner detailing appointment. Once dropped off they called to up sell cleaning the rims which were in rough shape from brake dust for $150 which we agreed to. When we picked it up, the inside looked great but only one rim was done. The other 3 were done on the outside but still caked with the rust on the inner rim. They said hed have to take the rims off to finish the job (when they initially called after drop off, they asked to keep the car overnight because they "got a late start because of Easter" after asking us to drop it off at 8 AM). I found it completely unacceptable to not finish the job he quoted us for. They didnt seem to mind one bit to give us back an unfinished car.
