5 /5 Oneximo Feliz: I had a great experience at Advanced Dental Arts. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Gloria, the hygienist, was outstanding—extremely attentive and thorough in addressing all my concerns. She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. I initially went in for a consultation about LANAP, but after a thorough evaluation, I was told I didn’t need the procedure, which was a relief. I was also worried about gum recession, but the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my situation and next steps. Overall, the team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to others.

5 /5 Robyn: Ive been a patient of Dr. Bertmans (as well as hygienist extraordinare, Tatiana) since 2008 and can say with complete certainty that this already-great dental practice has only improved since then. Its not just that the doctors and support staff are confident, professional experts with a nicely sensitive bedside manner rarely seen but always appreciated when turning ones mouth into a construction zone; but what I also really appreciate is the offices culture. Many staff members I see today have been there since my first appointment 17 years ago, and every patient is treated with a genuine sense of care and concern. Ive had dozens of cleanings and Xrays, a few cavities filled, some tooth filler, a crown, and LANAP gum surgery here and every procedure was handled as painlessly and smoothly as I believe possible. I am no longer in the NYC area, but travel by boat, train and then subway to get here 2-3 times a year because I see no reason to mess with the best. This team is exceptional.

She delivered the most natural, precise Botox I’ve ever had, even better than treatments I’ve received from top plastic surgeons. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. If you’re in Manhattan and looking for someone who truly understands both facial aesthetics and smile design, I can’t recommend Dr. Jackie enough.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the gorgeous office and the incredibly kind staff—Kyla, Bela, Michelle, Taty, and Michelle all made me feel so welcome. I also had the pleasure of meeting the renowned Dr. Bertman, and the entire experience was filled with laughter and smiles. I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Highly recommend—10/10!
