1 /5 L Y: They’ve only received 1 star from me because a rate had to be given, in order for me to write this review. I called this morning, for one of the children under my case load, who has public insurance. When I called, a woman picked up. I politely inquired if they take public insurance, she did not respond and within seconds the phone disconnected. Assuming that was innocent, I call back and the same lady answers. I proceed with, hi I just called and was trying to find out if this dental office takes public insurance, the phone disconnected again and I realize it is because she is hanging up on me. I call back to confront this woman and she answered again, pretends that she cannot hear me and places me on hold. I am currently still on hold, 11 mins in total. She does not intend on coming back to the phone or answering my question. Absolutely disgusting! If the answer is no, this office does not see patients with public insurance, then the answer is no and that is fine and I will proceed with calling other offices. The disrespect is not okay.
