1 /5 Max Murray: Writing on behalf of my dad they hired a mechanic Sean who was supposed to fix an oil leak and charged 3k to have it fixed and "needed" parts replaced Sean proceeded to get fired after our job was done our truck is still leaking and when brought in to take another look we were met with a extreme lack of responsibility or customer service where the mechanic was doing anything he could to not have to take a look at and being very obvious about not wanting to look for the leak we already had paid to have fixed

I let them take their time with the cars because they’re often busy but they always given me my car back day of service this last time. They did not give me my car back day of service and when I got it back the next day my radio where you put in CDs is completely cracked. I told them hey this is cracked. The owner wouldn’t let me speak. He wouldn’t even go look at my car. He tried to gaslight me saying that it could’ve been there already. All of these things. I’ve never been so defeated humiliated and he wouldn’t even let me get a word in and that’s why I knew they did wrong because he was always respectful for me. I never give them attitude. I’ve even brought them donuts snacks the whole 9 yards because I really valued what they did they lost a customer and I hope they cannot sleep at night knowing that they messed up somebody’s car and would not fix it.

Cromwell Cozmo: I set up an appointment for an inspection sticker, showed up on time, the guy Derek who I had set up the appointment with, wasnt friendly, and told me over the phone that it takes around 45 minutes to complete. I waited in the area, and about an hour later, I walked back to the waiting lobby, a man in a truck had just pulled up before I was getting there, and it turns out he was going for an inspection as well, and after he was taken care of, I was asked why I was there, I said I was there for an inspection, he asked me if I made and appointment, I said yes, it was for 11. Then he proceeded to to asked me for my information again, and I said Im already on the list, and that I made an appointment 2 days prior. Then I was told that the man with the truck was going to be serviced first and then my car was next, when I was already there before him. Upon pick up, Derick, who I originally dealt with, decided to lecture me about how they are obviously a busy shop, and that just because the appointment was set, doesnt mean that it will take place at said time. I didnt even complain or anything, but yet I got a talking to, and was told that I should have scheduled it earlier when I specifically asked him if 11am was alright. I will never give this place my business.
