5 /5 Dorisah Nelson: I first met Ayumi at Blair nails and followed her to her now personal salon; Allure Nails. The location is perfect with easy access to public transportation. The salon is clean and comfortable. Ayumi is nothing short of amazing. She takes great care to please her clients and delivers impeccable work. I enjoy the one-on-one service that she provides. Ayumi is the Picasso of nail art!

Not only did Ayumi do an amazing job and give me a beautiful ombre, but she made me feel comfortable and like I was with a friend. Her salon is clean, beautifully decorated and the private experience is so, so cool. I can’t wait to go back and get a design - she really is a true artist!

5 /5 Sarah Dorvil: I was recommended by a friend who has been going to Ayumi for 3 years now; I can see why! She greeted me at the door and took my jacket as I settled in. Her salon is very welcoming. Cute vibe and she has beverages and snacks for her clients if they need during their visit. Ayumi was patient and delegate when it came to my hands and doing the nail art. She shaped my nails and designed it exactly how I wanted them! Her salon is filled with her own designs and I can’t wait to have them all!

Q & M Nail - New York Alana Lee: I came here after reading the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I had to remove my old gel powder manicure because it was chipping off, and got a fresh set--the total came out to be $99 including tip for powder, gel polish, tip extensions and French manicure design. It was so well worth it though! Amber did my nails and I highly recommend her for a powder gel manicure, especially if you want any kind of design. They had great service, amazing attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. I am pretty picky when it comes to what color, shape, and design I want, and feel that if Im paying for a service like nails I want to be happy with the outcome. I was very happy with the process and outcome, and will definitely be coming back.

Studio L - New York Claire Neumann: I have been coming here for years and they have changed my life for the better!!!! Incredible artists, perfect technique, boundary-less creativity. I am obsessed with Studio L!!! My gel would last for 8 weeks (if I didn’t care about my nails growing that long!) They are number one!!! So many of my friends have started coming to Studio L, and they are now hooked—there is just no comparison to the expertise and service you receive here. The best. I’m a fan for life.
Evas Nails & Spa - New York Haydee Figueroa: Great experience and value ($78 for both + dip removal)! May did a great job with my regular pedicure and Frankie did a fabulous job on my powder manicure. I’m very particular about how my nails are done and they listened to my requests. I’ll be back! Update: the dip nails lasted almost 2.5 weeks and I went back and got the best dip mani ($50) I’ve ever had with Norma! (Pink nails)
Serein Nail Boutique - New York Kate N: I’ve been a long-time client of Serein lash, so I couldn’t wait to try their new nail salon. I got a gel manicure and pedicure by Elvia, and she did not disappoint! It was a big challenge for her since I cut my nails too short as I did a month-long gel-free keratin treatment for my brittle nails. She also knows how to play around with the nail polish to look like what you want. The place is clean, relaxing, and chic. A must try to everyone living close to the area!

One of my favorite things about them is that I can simply show them any nail design picture, and they know exactly how to recreate it - sometimes even making it better than the original! Their color selection skills are spot-on; I actually trust them to pick my colors more than trusting myself because they have such a great eye for what works. Booking appointments is always hassle-free, which is a huge plus for my busy schedule. Their attention to detail is impressive, and the quality is top-notch - my nails always last for 4-6 weeks at least. Ive recommended this salon to many friends over the years, and Im so glad I found this gem after trying several salons in the area. Six years later, they still exceed my expectations with every visit❤️

Spa Blue - New York Karen Morgan: I had heard of Spa Blue from friends and family and so decided to go there for a manicure and pedicure and I was so impressed. It is fabulous! The staff are kind and well trained and the manager Lucy made me feel so comfortable, she is warm and friendly and welcomes each client as a friend, and one definitely leaves as a friend. On top of the great treatment, my nails lasted almost a month before I saw any chipping ! Thank you Spa Blue, I will be back the next time I visit the city and I will recommend you to all my friends who visit New York !
Affina Beauty & Spa - New York Aya Mohamed: My go-to spot in the city. Amazing service that offers uniqueness. Everyone is talented and accommodating. Theyre very fast, Im in and out 50 minutes max for a gel soak off and then a gel manicure. I recommend paying in cash so you can use that saved money on the tip.
