1 /5 Robin Webb: Have been coming to Rocios since around 2009. Today was my last day. Its Sunday,;they close at 2PM. Its Sunday and its nice out. Rocio only has two women working. It was hair dye and perm day today for some reason, but its first come, first served. Earlier while Im on my phone paying my bills someone that the English speaking hair tech knew, came in and had a conversation but she left. I watchesld her come in and leave, had she stayed, she would still have to wait as I am before her; first cone first serve. The one who speaks English tried to put me ahead of someone who was there before me. I told her this and another patron told her the same; not going to skip anyone, not right. Later after her hair was done. The young girl and I are left but this woman from earlier walks in straight to the bowl in front of me and the little girl whose father brought her in after me to get her hair wahed. This did not sit well with me at all, I said what I said but Rocio just lost a customer from 2009 to my last day, which is today. Very poorly run, 4 chairs and only two techs, only one speaks English and you knew I was there before your buddy came and spoke to you earlier because you tried to skip me in front if someone earlier. Two hours of my life gone and back to work tomorrow. I have a Babyliss blow dryer just like they do. Babyliss flat iron, just like they do, have a one pass curling iron even, Mielle products, etc. You want to play with me? I can do my own hair that has always been down my back from birth, mow wirh gray and all, AND go elsewhere where they can speak English and respect customers whove been coming there before the two of them were still in D.R. probably. I AM PISSED. MIND YOU IT TOOK ME ALMOST AN HOUR TO FIND A DAMNED PARKING SPOT. POORLY RUN.
