    Dr. Hasan Atalay, MD, FACC
Ricardo Brown: Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Atalay I visited with my wife who was his patient, ŵhat I saw made me want to become a patient of his as well, his insights, professionalism and mannerisms were refreshing to see as one of her previous doctors was gruff and confrontational. Its only been one visit but I am pleased thus far.
    Saratoga Hospital - Saratoga Springs
    Saratoga Hospital
bo anselmo: The system at Saratoga Hospital ER is completely broken. I will never go there ever again and out of kindness and concern I will tell everyone I know to avoid it so that they don’t have to endure an experience such as ours. We spent 28 hours total in the ER with a mental health emergency where the patient I brought was initially compliant with getting help. The first 12 hours were in the large waiting room with no wifi, 1 bar of cell service, and no water to drink unless you buy a bottle, then you can’t even refill it because the water fountains are off. Next we spent 14 hours in a windowless ER room and she was not allowed to go outside just to get a breath of fresh air and was not brought or offered any food or water. I had to leave her alone in a fragile state to get food for her from town. So, 26 hours after we arrived, she finally saw the clinician, and at that point she just wanted to be released home, who would blame her? Any hope I had for her of getting an evaluation and a transfer to an inpatient program where she would get some medication management was destroyed. The inefficient system of this hospital completely undermined our ability to get much needed care. Lastly, the admin person in the ER spoke very disrespectfully to me when I was consulting with our nurse, implying that I needed to wait for the assigned nurse to return and not bother a different staff member. I was speaking with our nurse. The patient I was with also heard the staff talking badly about other patients in the ER using language that was gossipy, judgmental, and truly unprofessional. All I am asking is that the hospital assess its system, read these reviews, and make changes: 1. If a telehealth crisis evaluation was available for mental healthcare, wait time would be much improved instead of having one provider who can only see 3 patients per 7 hour shift. 2. Have a water bottle filling station in the waiting area. 3. Provide wifi in the waiting area. 4. Provide some training on patient care, advocacy, respect, kindness, and empathy. It is a beautiful facility and the waiting room is impressive looking and there is lovely art on the walls, but for a town as well resourced as Saratoga, I feel like we can do a lot better as far as care goes.

Caroline Boule: I’m so disappointed with what has happened to this clinic since May 2024. They do not refill maintenance medication after multiple requests on MyChart and via phone. One of the nurses even gave me incorrect information on how to take medication when I finally reached someone. They must not have known that I’m a doctor myself and I’m switching practices. I just feel bad for the patients who have difficulty advocating for themselves. Please, SPHP, get this practice together for the safety and well-being of your patients!

Michelle Orr: 900 Lark Dr. in Albany Whitney Young Dental I was in a lot of pain. I got in fast with an emergency appointment. Everyone there is very nice. Pleasant answered all my questions did not rush me very clean. They were very thorough with my tooth extraction. They took an x-ray after to make sure there is nothing left behind. I will be going back special thanks to Tracy and Liz. They helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

Sharon Pushman: I took my 17 year old for a consult to have her compacted wisdom teeth removed. She is on the autism spectrum and although very high functioning, she gets anxious. The office was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. Reception was helpful at check in and put her and me both at ease. The assistant explained everything to us nicely and thoroughly. Then the doctor came in and graciously answered our questions. We both felt that it was a great experience and have her upcoming surgery scheduled.
    Andrew Rosenbaum, M.D. - Albany
    Andrew Rosenbaum, M.D.
Bob McLaine: Dr. Andrew Rosenbaum is an exceptional doctor, he listens to patients concerns and address all questions. He is a brilliant and phenomenal surgeon explaining the surgical procedure and provides detailed post-op followup. I highly recommend him to those who seek a foot and ankle surgeon, hes the best.
Theodore S. Hausler, DO - Latham
    Theodore S. Hausler, DO
SAB JR: This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been a part of. Communication is beyond awful, a phone within the office is NEVER answered. I leave this review in hope that no one has to deal with what I have. Unless you are over 70- steer clear. There is not a doctor at this location worth anyone’s time.
Dr. Michael A. Devito, MD - Albany
Zoë Maldonado: I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Womens Cancer Care Assocs - Albany
