I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience with your reception service, as it was quite frustrating.
I was on hold for 45 minutes before the receptionist picked up, only to be placed back on hold for another 20 minutes. During this time, I feel there could have been better communication. When placing a caller on hold, it’s helpful to check in periodically if the hold time extends beyond a few minutes.
This experience lasted over 30 minutes total after the initial wait, and I believe some retraining might benefit your team to improve customer interactions.
