Vals Color Hair Studio - Bronx Xyomara Maldonado: Dana completely transformed my hair after a previous stylists poor work. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities. She professionally advised me on potential issues and worked quickly and efficiently. The entire salon experience was welcoming, clean, and professional. Im thrilled with the results – my hair was a mess, and Dana fixed it beautifully. I feel so much more confident now, and I will absolutely be returning to her. Dana is amazing! I told her I love her like 100 times LOL

I have 4c hair and I don’t trust many people with my haircare. I’m very aware and knowledgeable about caring for my hair type so I always have high expectations of anyone who puts their hand in my hair. I was able to get a wash, conditioning and styling for my short hair. The experience was so rewarding. During the entire process she explained to me how to best care for my hair and empowered me at the same time. I love how relaxed I was. She displayed so much class and respect for myself and the other client who was there. I definitely recommend for women with ethnic hair!!

As someone with very difficult kinky curly hair, Ive struggled to find stylists who understand my hair needs. Giselle is literally my "hair soulmate"! She worked magic on my hair, keeping it natural and healthy while making me look and feel amazing.

While I been coming here for a year, I don’t understand why the owner seems to want to viciously wash my hair. Like almost banging into the sink. Like I’m not even exaggerating. My hair isn’t even nappy or nothing.
The first time fine. But every time!??? I just can’t. Definitely going to another salon. Used to love it but everytime I leave, I have a dang headache. I’m good!!!!!

Main Attraction Hair - Bronx Kay Vaz: this salon is full of lies. this salon tells young cosmetology students to come get trained for two weeks with no kind of pay. this is absolutely inhumane and unacceptable for students trying to get experience. exploiting cosmology students is utterly disgusting. they lied about these students getting paid to get trained then them going back on their word. they also lie about the closing times of the salon. would not recommend to anyone looking for work or coming to get your hair done.
Express Yourself Salon - Bronx Laura B.: Love my hairstylist Joann, she’s a gem!! I go to her every few months for my color and cut. There is complimentary coffee and the place is clean and professional. The salon staff is friendly and I enjoy going there! Highly recommend Joann, she is wonderful and never disappoints! Go see her!
