Aurora Nails - Vestal (NY)

1 /5 Gracie Zimmer: I got an acrylic fill with chrome powder which was advertised as $20 and I was charged $45 not including tip. I understand up charging for chrome, but even when getting a fill with only polish no design or additions I was charged $40, their prices are false advertisement. The air bubbles made my nails look like they had a pattern so I requested they fix it and they did redo the nails but used an entirely different chrome and even after saying something they didn’t use the original color. Three days later and my nails are so thin and literally crumbling apart and the chrome is coming off in chunks. I got them done three days ago and my nails have never looked worse. I called to complain and was spoken to rudely and when asked for a refund it was denied, I was offered to come in to get it fixed but it is truly ridiculous that they think I would go back to them after they’ve already messed my nails up twice. Go here if you want nails that last 3 days and look atrocious! Customer service is horrible and nails are even worse.

2 /5 Darlenne Gamboa: I went to get my nails done and the lady that did it was extremely rude, i kept saying ow and that it hurts and she ignored it, my friend even told me she sighed when i was checking to make sure my nails were all the way i wanted, its disrespectful that im paying for this service and she acted extremely rude towards me, plus she cut my finger

5 /5 Ü Lee: I took the girls here for a bday treat. They had a blast. The nail artists are very good and very nice. I enjoyed my Pedi. The hot stone was awesome. The price is reasonable and the people who worked there were very nice and professional! We will be back

1 /5 Courtney Benson: This was my first time coming to aurora nails and I will not be back. The staff was polite however I called and made an appointment for 5:00 I didn’t get in the seat until 6:15!!!! The first nail they touched they cut me, and after that cut 3 more of my fingers by the end of my appointment I had 4 fingers bleeding. My nails are not even close to being even this was just such a terrible experience. They only apologized for cutting one finger and completely ignored the other fingers they cut.

5 /5 Keana Phanhthalath: I think my nails turned out very nicely! The staff are very friendly and my uv gel tip set was $55 which I think was pretty reasonable. Would go again for a fill!
